Welcome to The Beauty Room. By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or visiting the salon.
2. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person at the salon.
- A booking deposit may be required to secure certain treatments or appointments.
- Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms.
- If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
4. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
- We accept cash, card, and any payment methods listed on our website.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, we will always honour the price quoted at the time of booking.
5. Patch Tests & Medical Conditions
- Certain treatments (such as tinting or lash services) require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
- It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or adapt a service if it may compromise your health or safety.
6. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Out-of-date vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
7. Products & Returns
- Products purchased in the salon are non-refundable unless faulty.
- If you experience a reaction to a product, please contact us immediately for advice.
8. Children & Guests
- To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we ask that children do not attend appointments unless receiving a treatment.
- We kindly request that you limit additional guests during your visit unless necessary.
9. Liability
- All treatments are carried out by qualified and insured therapists.
- The Beauty Room cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items while on the premises.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions where the required patch test has not been completed.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.
- Information collected during consultations or bookings is used solely to provide your treatments and communicate with you.
- We will never share your data with third parties without consent.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or presenting a health risk to staff or other clients.
12. Changes to Terms
The Beauty Room reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance.
